Dane Muller Coaching and Mentoring - Trading as The Muller Family Trust

‘Customer' means the party engaging in the services of Dane Muller Coaching and Mentoring Compass subscription service.

Compass Prices and Fees

  1. All pricing for Compass is in Australian dollars.
  2. All prices for Compass are for the listed and mentioned services only and are subject to change in line with third-party providers, the Australian dollar, and other unforeseen circumstances.
  3. By purchasing or opting to subscribe to the Compass subscription, you are agreeing to a minimum of 6 months of the subscription service. (Please see cancellation of Compass subscription sections 7, 8, and 9.)
  4. The cost of the Compass subscription service will be a monthly fee of $29.00 for founding members, with the pay-in-full option of $299.00, discounted by $49.00 for 12 months of the subscription. The payments will be debited monthly if paying per month or annually if paying in full from your nominated banking card continuously until opting out of the subscription at request.
  5. The cost of the Compass subscription service for non-founding members will be a monthly fee of $49.00 or the pay-in-full option of $499.00, discounted by $89.00 for 12 months of the subscription. The payments will be debited monthly if paying per month or annually if paying in full from your nominated banking card continuously until opting out of the subscription at request.
  6. Customers may be required to enter into arrangements with third parties in order to allow for the services of Dane Muller Coaching and Mentoring to be provided. Any such agreements are between the customer and the third parties. Dane Muller Coaching and Mentoring encourages customers to review any terms and conditions prior to acceptance.

Cancellation of Compass Subscription

  1. If you need to cancel your Compass subscription, you are eligible to do so after the 6-month agreed-upon period.
  2. Dane Muller Coaching and Mentoring requires 14 days' notice prior to your next scheduled payment cycle for the subscription to be canceled. If the notification is not provided at least 14 days before your billing cycle, it will be canceled for the next month's payment cycle.
  3. If you wish to cancel your Compass subscription, you are required to email client support at [email protected] with the details of payment dates so that Dane Muller Coaching and Mentoring can process this request.

Privacy

  1. Dane Muller Coaching and Mentoring will protect your personal information as required by Australian Privacy Laws as well as European requirements for customers based in that location. Dane Muller Coaching and Mentoring will not use your personal information except for the purpose of engaging in and completing a transaction and the services. The customer must ensure that before disclosing any personal information to Dane Muller Coaching and Mentoring, the customer is entitled to disclose that information and that, without taking any further steps as required by Australian Privacy Laws, Dane Muller Coaching and Mentoring may use and disclose such information for the purpose of entering into any transaction under these Terms of Trade. If the customer becomes aware of any breach or alleged breach of the Privacy Laws concerning information disclosed by Dane Muller Coaching and Mentoring to the customer or any other party, or by the customer to Dane Muller Coaching and Mentoring, then the customer must notify Dane Muller Coaching and Mentoring at [email protected]. Likewise, Dane Muller Coaching and Mentoring will notify the customer, and if necessary, the Office of the Australian Commissioner if Dane Muller Coaching and Mentoring becomes aware of any breach or alleged breach of the Privacy Laws concerning information disclosed.

Security

  1. Any transactions completed online with Dane Muller Coaching and Mentoring are completed using SSL technology, which provides high-level encryption for online transactions.
  2. Any online payment is transacted via third-party providers and is subject to the terms and conditions imposed by those providers.

General

  1. Dane Muller Coaching and Mentoring reserves all rights in relation to intellectual property created and used by it on its website and in any documentation. Dane Muller Coaching and Mentoring has taken every measure to ensure that it has the permission to use the intellectual property of others. Any misuse of copyrighted material by customers or users of any website or publication operated by Dane Muller Coaching and Mentoring is strictly prohibited.
  2. Terms and conditions may be changed at any time without prior notice to customers. Notification will be sent to all customers at the time of the terms and conditions alterations.
  3. Dane Muller Coaching and Mentoring shall be under no liability if it should be unable to carry out any provision of this agreement for any reason beyond its control.
  4. The customer is agreeing fully to Dane Muller Coaching and Mentoring's terms and conditions of trade by electing to engage in the services of Dane Muller Coaching and Mentoring.
  5. The services provided by Dane Muller Coaching and Mentoring do not offer this or any other products to people under the age of 18 years. The relative time for determining a potential customer's age is at the time of paying the upfront fees required by these terms and conditions.
  6. Dane Muller Coaching and Mentoring makes no guarantees or warranties, either express or implied, outside of that required by Australian Consumer Law.
  7. The customer warrants they are medically fit to undertake the personal development subscription offered by Dane Muller Coaching and Mentoring.
  8. The customer requests the services of Dane Muller Coaching and Mentoring at his or her own risk. Dane Muller Coaching and Mentoring will not be held liable for any losses or damages caused as a result of services purchased from Dane Muller Coaching and Mentoring.
  9. The customer agrees that any strategies and devices provided by or implemented by Dane Muller Coaching and Mentoring remain the intellectual property of Dane Muller Coaching and Mentoring and may not be used outside the terms of this agreement.
  10. Dane Muller Coaching and Mentoring will take reasonable steps to ensure that its employees, agents, and any subcontractors engaged for the purpose of this agreement do not make public or disclose the customer information and data which could reasonably be expected to be kept in confidence unless legally compelled to do so.
  11. By opting into this agreement, you are giving Dane Muller Coaching and Mentoring permission to use your posts, stories, or tags, re-shared, including screenshots, recordings, and messages with all material involving and/or mentioning Compass or Dane Muller Coaching and Mentoring for promotional resources for Compass and Dane Muller Coaching and Mentoring.
  12. The customer is also responsible for the accuracy of their instructions and directions to Dane Muller Coaching and Mentoring. Dane Muller Coaching and Mentoring will not accept responsibility/liability for infringements or inaccuracies caused by any wrongly supplied instructions or materials.

By reading and acknowledging this, you are agreeing to enter into the terms and conditions provided here by Dane Muller Coaching and Mentoring for the Compass subscription service.
