Hearted Rewards – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Hearted Rewards. By registering to participate, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms exist to uphold the integrity of this offering and outline the responsibilities and expectations for both HLW and its community of referrers.
This program is about more than just bonuses—it’s about being part of a larger mission. At its core, this is a movement for aligned leadership, ethical promotion, and sharing transformative work that genuinely changes lives.
- Eligibility & Participation Acceptance
The Hearted Rewards is open to individuals who align with the values and integrity of the HLW brand. All participants must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to engage in a referral program.
HLW reserves the right to accept or decline any participant at its sole discretion. By registering, you confirm that you will represent HLW truthfully, ethically, and in alignment with all relevant marketing and privacy laws (including GDPR and CAN-SPAM regulations).
- Bonus Structure & Payouts
Bonus Breakdown:
compass Memberships (Recurring Subscriptions):
Participants are eligible to receive ongoing referral bonuses for compass subscription referrals. A bonus will be earned for each active month a referred individual maintains their subscription. These bonuses will continue as long as the client remains subscribed.
Retreats, Masterclasses & One-Time Purchases:
For one-time purchases such as retreats, masterclasses, or digital offerings, you will receive a one-time bonus per successful referral. These do not recur.
Payouts & Processing:
Referral bonuses are processed monthly and paid out on the final day of each month, based on the previous month’s cleared activity. Payments are made via PayPal. It is your responsibility to ensure your PayPal details are accurate and updated.
A minimum of $99 in cleared bonuses must be met before payout. If not reached, your balance will roll over to the next eligible month.
Important: For purchases made using a payment plan, referral bonuses will only be eligible for payout once the referred client has completed their full payment.
If the client fails to complete the payment plan for any reason (including missed payments, cancellations, or defaults), all associated referral earnings for that purchase will be voided. No partial bonuses will be paid for incomplete payment plans.
Bonuses are only paid on fully processed, cleared transactions. If a purchase is refunded or disputed via chargeback, the associated bonus will be cancelled and marked void.
- Promotion Guidelines & Integrity Standards
All Hearted Rewards participants are expected to represent the brand with authenticity, transparency, and respect. Any form of unethical promotion or misrepresentation may result in immediate removal.
What’s Allowed:
- Sharing your unique referral link via personal networks, social platforms, email, blogs, or in conversation.
- Speaking from your lived experience and truthfully sharing your results.
What’s Not Allowed:
- Making exaggerated, false, or misleading claims about HLW programs, income potential, or outcomes.
- Sending unsolicited mass emails, spam, or cold DMs.
- Creating unauthorized discounts or offers that are not provided directly by HLW.
- Running paid ads using HLW’s name or brand materials without written approval.
- Copying or repurposing exclusive HLW content such as course material, training, or paid program resources.
Violation of these guidelines will result in the suspension or permanent removal from the program, and all unpaid bonuses may be forfeited.
- Tracking & Accountability
All referral activity is tracked through HLW’s internal system via Kajabi. A 30-day cookie is attached to the user upon clicking your unique referral link—meaning you’ll be credited for any eligible purchase made within that window.
HLW is not liable for failed tracking due to browser settings, cookie restrictions, ad blockers, or other external factors outside our control. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they are using and sharing their correct, unique referral link at all times.
- Refund Policy & Bonus Reversals
All purchases attributed to a referral are considered final and non-refundable for bonus payout purposes. If a client requests a refund or files a chargeback, any related bonuses will be voided.
HLW reserves the right to investigate suspected fraudulent activity and take action accordingly, including reversing previously issued bonuses.
- Program Changes & Termination
HLW reserves the right to pause, update, or terminate any participant's access to the Heartled Rewards program at its discretion for breach of these terms, unethical conduct, or misalignment with brand standards.
In the event of termination, all pending bonuses may be forfeited. These Terms & Conditions may also be updated at any time. Continued participation after any such changes will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
- Liability & Disclaimer
HLW makes no guarantees regarding individual earnings or bonus amounts. Success depends on personal effort, audience trust, and authentic engagement.
HLW is not responsible for technical issues, third-party errors, missed payouts due to incorrect account details, or untracked referrals caused by user oversight. Participants are responsible for any applicable tax reporting on earnings received through this program.
