ESPIRITUS

This is a multi modality Spiritual experience, combined with deep ancient breath work techniques, for anyone who wants to integrate the fusion of historic and new age Breathwork practices to awaken their spiritual self, as a tool for self actualisation, inner healing, spiritual transcendence and the health of mind body and soul.

E-Spiritus focus’ on unlocking and further trusting your intuition to be able to grow yourself and discover, unlock and evolve your spiritual gifts. This all happens through basic and advanced Breathwork practices, traditions and styles. This transcending group experience also includes energetics, meditations and so much more.

Journeying into the origins of Breathwork and the benefits it provides for the mind, body and soul. You will also learn the benefits of what Breathwork can do for your daily practices to enhance the experience with a deeper connection to self.

This is an online experience consisting of 6 individual zoom sessions where you will be tasked each week.

The experience will have an online portal with all resources used throughout the six weeks at your finger tips whenever you’re needing them as well as being connected to like minded individuals wanting to further themselves as a support network.

The E-spiritus experience caters to all, whether you’ve been involved in numerous Breathworks, meditations or if you’ve been on your journey of self discovery for years or just beginning.

This is for the person who wants to further their knowledge around the origins of breath, deepen their spirituality and for the person who wants to discover more about themselves through the magic of the universe.
